For this purpose, we sow the seeds of radish, radish, sunflower, watercress, soybean, lentil and broccoli in special containers. The commercial offer includes suitable seeds for sprouts, as well as containers for sprouting seeds, the so-called sprouters. If we do not have a germinator, we can simply germinate the seeds in a clean jar covered with gauze.

Note!Not all vegetable sprouts can be eaten, so for sprouting, choose only seeds from packages marked as seeds for sprouts.

February is the best time to start growing vegetables from seedlings. And soin mid-February we sowearly varieties of cabbage, kohlrabi, cauliflower and lettuce, tomatoes, celery, leek, onions and broad beans.

Seeds are sown in boxes or potsfilled with compost soil, which we keep at home for several days to warm it up.Special soil for sowing seeds is available in stores, which is perfect for the production of seedlings at home.
