Growing arugula does not cause many problems - if we provide it with a fairly permeable substrate rich in organic substances and a slightly shaded position, we will quickly enjoy its taste.
It is suitable for almost all-year cultivation, it can be sown from mid-April to the end of August, and due to its small size, it can also be sown between rows of lettuce or tomatoes.Since it does not have excessive requirements, it can be successfully grown in containers outside, and later on the windowsill, for example in the kitchen.
It tastes very good as an addition to sandwiches, salads, hot and cold dishes, and also in combination with nuts or sunflower seeds.
