The Rose Festival is an event with a long tradition in Kutno. It has been organized since 1975. It consists of the Exhibition of Roses, Ornamental Plants and Floristic Arrangements. Additionally, it is a celebration of the city of Kutno. At that time, Rose Fair, concerts and accompanying exhibitions. For more than 30 years, the Rose Festival has changed and developed constantly, but it remains a recognizable brand and is already a tradition. This year's exhibition is being prepared by the Kutno Cultural Center with the Polish Florists' Club SITO from Warsaw and its President, Ms. Anna Nizińska, and the Lithuanian florist, Mr. Druvis Ciritis.
The Rose Festival is also a special time for the city and a tourist attraction of the Łódź Province. The patronage over the holiday was taken by the President of the City of Kutno and the Polish Florists' Club SITO.
