A specialist known in our country will talk about new plants, growing plants on the balcony and terrace.People experienced in the subject of greenery, such as those who are just starting their adventure with gardening, especially children, are invited to participate in the next edition of "Family Gardening Workshops", which will be led by Witold Czuksanow The meeting with Wojtek Wardecki, who will use specialized tools to show how to create a forest in a light bulb, also promises to be very interesting.
Plants closer to humans - they decorate, feed, heal
Plants have a beneficial influence on human life. Representatives of the Faculty of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture of the University of Life Sciences in Poznań will talk about their beneficial effects, who have prepared a very wide program of workshops and lectures.
Participants of the GARDENIA Fair can count on, among others: fruit advice, inspiration in the field of garden design, lectures on algae in ponds, selection of species and varieties of fruit plants, lectures on technical novelties in horticulture or woody plants in hortiotherapy.
Practical skills will also be available to workshop participants. Doctor Piotr Czuchy will conduct Kokedama classes, Dr Jolanta Lisiecka will encourage the use of colorful vegetables in hortiotherapy, and Dr hab.Beata Borowiak-Sobkowiak, dr hab. Marek Bunalski and Dr. Paweł Sienkiewicz will suggest how to build hotels for insects.

Live-built show gardens
Traditionally, the GARDENIA Fair will be accompanied by the INSPIRATIONS-ARRANGEMENTS competition.This event is of great interest to visitors every year, because the best garden arrangement is created in front of the public.The show gardens will be built on February 21-22, the competition will be adjudicated on the third day of the GARDENIA Fair, February 23.
The winner will be selected by voting by the participants. The theme of this year's competition is "GREEN DREAM". The competition is organized by the National Association of Garden Creators.Among the green arrangements there will be one more theme "Wedding in the garden".
Professional show of spring cutting roses
This premiere accompanying event of the Landscape Architects Forum is aimed at both garden care professionals and amateurs of gardening. For the purposes of the show, adult specimens of rose bushes were excavated from natural conditions.Thanks to this, various types of rose pruning will be presented, starting with discount roses and ending with historical and climbing roses.The show will be hosted by the representatives of the ROSARIUM Rose Nursery.
