In connection with the organization of theseries of meetings for individual investors interested in energy-saving construction(including subsidies for the construction of single-family houses), we presenta new initiative "Bet on house, build energy-saving " andwe inviteto the first meeting of the spring edition, which will take place inWrocław on April 10, 2014( from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.) inRestaurant Steinhaus, at Pawła Włodkowica 11and it will be the next in a series of 12 meetings all over Poland.
The idea of promoting single-family housing , especially in the energy-saving standard, is the driving force behind the whole campaign Budacyjne Thurski z Domowy.pl.So far, with full attendance, meetings have already been held, incl. in Wrocław ( film coverage of the meeting:https: //www.postawnadom.pl/budujace-czwartki.html), Kraków, Katowice, Lublin or Poznań. Participants have the opportunity to learn about the features of an energy-saving house, learn, among others, how to choose materials or ask individual (own) questions to experts.The most important aspect are educational and informational values.Investors will learn about the latest trends (e.g. technological) and the requirements of modern single-family housing (e.g. resulting from new regulations). The subject of the meetings draws attention to the most important stages and issues related to the construction of an energy-saving house, and by comparing the construction of a house in different standards, it also allows you to compare the costs of construction and operation of such buildings. An important element of the lecture are topics related to financing the construction of a house in a high energy-saving standard - includingin on the example of subsidies offered by the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management and the current changes in building regulations.
Due to the great interest of Investors in subsidies to energy-efficient housesand the conditions that must be met - documentation and finished building, we want to introduce the rules that should be followed by the Investor in his elections and presentation of the existing possibilities of financing the construction and selection of individual components in the context of a given budget for the implementation of the investment.
The first meeting of the spring edition will be held in Wrocław,next in Kraków, Poznań and Rzeszów. Each meeting is organized in a cafe scenery for about 50 people and is scheduled for approx. 3 hours from 18 to 21.
