The first edition of theFestival of Flowers and Plantswas held on May 1-3, 2013, in Lubin's meadows at ul. Paderewski. The first edition was attended by 35 typical industry exhibitors related to flowers, seedlings, shrubs, fertilizers, garden furniture, etc. Despite the bad weather, over 7 thousand visitors visited us within three days. people.
During theFestival of Flowers and Plantsit was possible to purchase plants, shrubs, ornamental trees, bedding flower seedlings - both for the garden, terrace or balcony. Festival participants also had the opportunity to buy equipment, garden furniture and garden supplies.
The exhibitors were happy to provide the necessary information and advice on the breeding and cultivation of the offered plants, taking into account the appropriate fertilizers, so that the purchased plants reached their optimal size.
On the second day of the festival, visitors had the opportunity to learn how to properly care for plants. Information on the questions bothering gardeners was provided by Witold Czuksanow, a journalist and author of gardening guides.
The stage hosted numerous concerts, screenings of black and white films, artistic presentations and performances by youth and children's groups.
The floristic shows and workshops were very popular among the visitors. Children and adults could have a good time in specially prepared workshop zones.
