From January 1, 2017, new fee rates have been defined , which are determined by multiplying the number of cm of the circumference of the tree trunk measured at 130 cm and the fee rate, and the fee for removing the bush is determined by multiplying the number of square meters of the ground covered with shrubs and the fee rate.
According to the current regulations amended as of July 17, 2017, the rate for one cm of trunk circumferencehorse chestnut, ash-leaf maple , silver maple, London plane, black locust, poplar and willow, measured at a height of 130 cm, is respectively PLN 12 for a tree with a circumference not exceeding 100 cm and PLN 15 for a tree with a trunk circumference of more than 100 cm.
On the other hand,rate for one cm of the circumference of the removed trunkbirch, bird cherry, cherry, Douglas fir, red oak, Honey locust, ash, fir (except Korean fir), chestnut, chestnut (other species except horse chestnut), red maple, sycamore maple, common maple, linden, Chinese metasquoia, larch, alder, walnut, Chinese sofora, pine, sumac, spruce, elm, cherry (except for the almond and sweet cherry) and the giant thyme will amount to 25 PLN or 30 PLN, depending on the circumference of the trunk.
In turn, for ałycz, ambergris, common beech, Canadian Christmas tree, marsh cypress, oak (except red oak), hornbeam, pear, apple tree, rowan tree , field maple, American bundle, Amur cork, Turkish hazel, magnolia, ginkgo biloba, mulberry, hickory, sea buckthorn, catalpa, American tulip tree, sweet cherryfees for one 1 cm of the trunk circumferencewas set at PLN 55 and PLN 70. Rates of PLN 170 and PLN 210 will apply to yew, cypress, hawthorn, juniper, rowan (other species apart from common rowan), Korean fir, olive and thuja.
The fee rate for cutting the bushhas been differentiated depending on the area and species. Removal of one 1m² of shrub is to be 10 zlotys for dogwood, ruffled rose, sumac, tawula and spiky. For the removal of the remaining species of shrubs, you will have to pay PLN 40 per m², if the total area of bushes does not exceed 100 m², or PLN 50 for shrubs over 100 m².
However,fees for the removal of trees must not exceed PLN 500 , and fees for the removal of shrubs must not exceed PLN 200. In the event that the commune council does not set the fees in line with the rates for determining the fee for the removal of a tree or shrub, the maximum rates will apply.
