Handmade Easter decorations - headdress with narcissus

The festive table should be decoratedwith handmade Easter decorations , made of natural elements that will bring some greenery and freshness to our home. A good solution will be to combine blooming narcissi with tree bark or willow twigs, or more precisely, create an Easter centerpiece from these elements. Making such a composition is very simple.

Materials for the Easter decoration : potted daffodils, a piece of cardboard, foil, bark or willow twigs and glue.
How to make a decoration : Wrap the foil around the daffodil and fasten it with an elastic band or string. Thanks to this, ourhandmade Easter ornamentwill not spill water during watering and we will not soil the table or shelf on which we will put it. Cut a strip from the cardboard to the height of the pot with narcissus, then wrap it around the pot and glue it or sew it together.

Once we have the base of ourhandmade Easter ornamentwe start sticking the bark or willow twigs. Let's choose the material that appeals to us more and to which we have access. Willow branches can be replaced with branches of other plants, e.g. decorative white dogwood. The garden bark will also be perfect for covering the pot, which we certainly do not lack on the plot. Each element is glued separately to the cardboard so that the paper is as little visible as possible. You can put pieces of moss on top of the headdress and ourhandmade Easter headdressis ready!

We blow the balloons to the size of the eggs we plan to create. Then we wind the string on the balloon in such a way that an asymmetrical, slightly abstract net is created. Leave the prepared balloons to dry. After a few hours, gently pierce the balloon and gently remove it from the inside. We get a rigid egg-shaped form from the string. Suchhandmade Easter ornamentcan be additionally decorated with raffia or colored paper.

Put a piece of cotton wool in the sock, which will form the body of the rabbit. Then grab a small part of the fabric to form a tail and tie it with a thread the same color as the sock. In turn, we separate the torso from the head with a thread and insert another piece of cotton wool to form the head. Finally, tie the rabbit ears on top of the head and cut the sock to make it look like rabbit ears. When the figure is ready, we embroider the nose and eyes.Handmade Easter bunnywill look great in an Easter basket.
