P:D I have a beautiful and original plant called twist, but I don't know how to cultivate it. I am asking for advice.

O:SkręnikStreptocarpus is related to the vulture and syningia. There are many hybrids of this kind in the trade. They differ in shapeleavesandflowers ,flowering dateandcolorof flowersThe most original twist is a species called Streptocarpus wendlandia, which has only one giant leaf colored on the undersidepurple red Most often we buy themin autumnorin springas already blooming specimens. After flowering, remove all twisted seed heads(hence the Polish name).

P:I have an oak hydrangea in my garden. How should it be de alt with? Can it be cut? How to winter it so that it survives unscathed until spring?

O:The oak-leaved hydrangea is not quite frost-resistant, as is the garden hydrangea. Inwestern parts Polishhas a chance to survive mild winters in a quiet place. This year, these shrubs should not suffer. If suddendrops temperaturesshrubs need to be protected. Freshly planted young hydrangea bushes are not pruned.
