The multitude of lettuce varieties allows gardeners to grow plants carefully matched to their culinary uses.
Variation
You can use either single varieties or a mixture of varieties by composing them yourself or using ready-made products.
Seeding
Depending on the variety (or seed mixture), sow directly into the ground from mid-March to early September.
Rozsada
Redundant. Undamaged interrupted seedlings can be planted elsewhere.However, this must be done immediately after the termination.
Collection
Depending on your preferences, plants are harvested in the few-leaf phase, usually 4-6 weeks after sowing.
Variation
Butter green type: 'Agora', 'Atena', 'Bona', 'Dumka', 'Edyta Ozarowska', 'Ismina,' Jubilatka '; red-green: 'MIra', 'Ela', 'Redstar'.
Seeding
Early varieties are sown from March to the inspectorate or to the foil tunnel. We sow summer varieties from May and winter varieties from September.
Rozsada
Plant the seedlings from March to the inspection or foil tunnel.Later in stages from April to September, in the inspection until October.
Collection
Harvest 10-14 weeks after sowing or 7-8 weeks after planting depending on the season. Ripe heads need to be harvested in a week.
Variation
The varieties available in Poland are referred to as Batavia type head lettuce. Among the foreign varieties, you can recommend 'Tarengo' and 'Doree de Printemps'.

From March to mid-August (for multipallets) or directly to the ground.Cover early ground sowing with a fleece.
Rozsada
The seedlings are planted from March to the inspectorate or to the ground (then we cover them with non-woven fabric). Later, until the beginning of September, at a distance of 30x35 cm.
Collection
Harvest 8-10 weeks after sowing (when hard heads have set). Cut off the heads or tear off individual leaves.

'Burza', 'Limona Hortag', 'Rosar'; feathery type: 'Lollo Rosa' (red-leaved), 'Lollo Bionda' (green-leaved); oak type ('Dubacek', 'Redin').

Rozsada
We plant from mid-July to mid-August.Small spacing causes spontaneous whitening of the central part of the rosette, which softens its taste.
Collection
Harvesting in spring in May / June. In cultivation for the fall harvest from September to November / December.
