We hollow out the center of each part, removing the seeds and the arils.Chop the garlic and mix it thoroughly with the minced pork, s alt and pepper. Then we stuff the balsam fruit with this. However, be careful not to fill the stuffing too much, because the fruit reduces its volume during cooking. Then pour a liter of water into the pot and cook. When the water boils, add the stuffed lotion and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Then cook for about 30 minutes. The dish is ready when the balsam fruit turns yellowish and softens.
