If we do not have even a small garden in which we could grow vegetables, nothing is lost. They are grown from sowing directly to a permanent site, thus avoiding the need to prepare seedlings. Their seeds are sown in the first days of spring, as soon as the soil thaws.

This means that they will bloom when the day is longer than 12 hours. Therefore, they should only be grown in spring and fall. Our adventure with growing a vegetable garden does not have to end in the summer. When the beds in the garden and the balcony boxes leave the vegetables sown in spring, it is worth sowing in their placespecies of fast-growing vegetables that we will be able to harvest in the autumnAs aftercrop vegetables, we can grow spinach, lamb's lettuce, Chinese cabbage pack choi, Chinese cabbage and fennel. Among summer polonium plants, there can also be radishes and arugula, and if we still have seeds from spring sowing, then also leaf beet. We will be able to enjoy the taste of these vegetables until the first frost! And we will be able to collect lamb's lettuce even from under the snow. In most cases, these species are suitable for both field cultivation and in containers on the balcony. The exception is Chinese cabbage, which, due to its size, should only be grown in the open.
