Among roses and clematis

Table of contents

Gardening magazines are an inexhaustible source of inspiration for me. I adapt all ideas to my needs and try to put them into practice. My garden is 8 ares. Parents got it 40 years ago.

Thanks to our - the entire multigenerational family - efforts and hardships, our garden arouses more and more interest from neighbors and allotment gardeners. They come, they watch, some people imitate. We are very happy about it and it is a reason to be proud.

The planting plan is dictated by the location of the house and other elements of small architecture.Nevertheless, we managed to insert a rockery, a small pond and a summer terrace adjacent to the house into the whole landscape. In addition, our plot is surrounded by a beautiful openwork fence and pergolas overgrown mainly with clematis.

Skalniak, abundantly decorated with flowers, gently descends towards a pond with goldfish swimming. And we fit all this into an area of 3x4 meters. In the evenings, sitting on the terrace, we like to observe both the rockery and the pond.

On the plot there is also a place for an English-style lawn, surrounded on all sides by flowering flower beds. We prepared a 6x5 meter lawn last fall. We chose a representative place for him directly in front of the house. With the onset of spring, all (over 20 species!) Bulbs bloomed. What a wonderful sight it was!

We are planning to build a picturesque mini waterfall next year, which we will place on the rockery. The bubbling water will flow straight into the pond. It will be even nicer then to sit on the terrace.
