Silhouettes of unusual shrubs

Q:Please let me know about several plant species. They say they bloom nicely, but I don't know anything else about them. They are: Amelanchier lamarckii 'Balerina', Amorpha fruticosa, Skimmia japonica 'Rubella', Diospyros virginiana, Calcite eleuterococcus, Juniperus scopulorum 'Blue Heaven', green-leaved percussion, Vitex negundo and Kalmia davidii.
