My well-kept garden was an arable land 5 years ago! We bought a plot of land (250 m²) in the charming village of Mszana. The house on the terrace side was situated on a slope. We wanted the atmosphere of the garden to refer to the rock and blend in with the surroundings. That is why we focused on stone ornaments. We also decided to create a stone discount.
How to create a stone discount?
We started by delineating zones in the garden. The stony rivers also became rebates. We lined these places with agrotextile. We poured colorful gravel on it. White and cream pebbles complement each other, creating effective waves.Standing to the side of a stone bed, you have the impression that the river flows around the plants planted in it.
We obtained an interesting effect by arranging the "water" flowing out of the clay jug placed on our stone bed. We only needed larger stones and … swarms.
Finally, we put paving stones around the discount. For everyone who wants to have an evenly mown lawn, I recommend this solution.
