In my ever-expanding collection, I have many pieces of lanthanum - from large ones to miniatures that look extremely charming in small bowls.
Lantanas are little known plants, but more and more often grown in gardens and allotments. Their growing popularity makes me very happy.
In Poland, these are annual plants - left in the ground, they are not able to survive the winter. However, there is a good solution for this - just plant them in large pots.
Care
After the season, hide the lanthanas in the lighted cellar. In spring, it is enough to cut their stems with a secateurs and water them, and then they will bounce and show their beauty.
Lantanas bloom for quite a long time, from May until the first frost. They are easy to grow and resistant to strong sun. Their flowers change color from white, yellow, through orange to red. They attract swarms of butterflies that love them. It is a beautiful sight.
On the balcony, terrace and a discount
These graceful plants are suitable not only for the garden. Planted in decorative pots and pots, they will also be a unique decoration for balconies or terraces.
