Solo and in a group

Due to their small size, the veins are suitable for growing in beds with perennials and other deciduous shrubs. They look great in a group or solo. They tolerate urban conditions well, so they are eagerly planted in parks and large squares. along the fence.

Shrub cultivation and care

In the garden, veins grow best on sandy-loam, airy, humus-rich, moderately moist soils.Bushes are sensitive to water shortage and therefore require systematic watering during drought.Varicose veins are not demanding on pH, because they tolerate high calcium content in the soil.In the garden they prefer a sunny and quiet position, sheltered from frosty winds (they bloom profusely in such places).

Sometimes, in cold winters, individual shoots or parts of the shrub, which are not covered or covered with snow, freeze. In spring, we only cut out sections frozen to a he althy place. In cold regions of Poland, it is advisable to cover the shrubs with tunis. Pruning is carried out every 3 to 4 years after flowering, cutting out the oldest 3-4 shoots. This way we will rejuvenate the bushes.
