1. For the continuous foundation of the greenhouse, a 30 (50) cm wide and 80 to 120 (140) cm deep trench should be made, depending on the frost zone. Below this depth, the ground will not freeze and the structure will not settle as the soil thaws in the spring. The dimensions of the foundation must be in accordance with the plan of the greenhouse. For better thermal insulation, the inner sides of the foundation can be lined with polystyrene boards.
2. We pour the concrete mix made in the concrete mixer into the trench. The easiest and simplest way is to feed it through a plastic pipeline. The top surface of the foundation must be kept level. When the concrete has set, you can start bricklaying.
3. The brick plinth should strictly match the dimensions of the greenhouse. When laying bricks, it is necessary to use a spirit level and a taut line for facing the wall. In the place of the future door, we place a construction made of boards.A plinth made of brick or natural stone looks the best.
4. After laying the bricks - the plinth should be 80 cm high - the walls must be buttressed inside and out, if it was not done when erecting the wall.
5. Ready-made structural elements are a great help in building a greenhouse. The aluminum profiles can be quickly and easily joined into the frame of the upper part of the greenhouse.Sealing tape separating the masonry crown from the horizontal frame prevents chemical reactions between the mortar and the metal. The frame is screwed to the wall.
6. According to the instructions, individual elements of the roof are gradually connected with each other one after another and with a horizontal frame on the plinth.
7. Finally, we place the panes within the frames. The most durable glass can be up to 4 mm thick.Gutters are also installed at the lower edge of the roof.
8. Construction completed! Good ventilation of the interior is ensured by two tilt windows in the roof and side walls. You can easily attach the necessary shelves to the wall.
