Oils can also be added to the bath, then their action is more effective because they are absorbed not only through the respiratory tract, but also through the skin.

After a hard day, a bath prepared with geranium oil mixed with a few drops of orange and rose oil will help you to recover.Such a bath should not be taken for more than 20 minutes. Oils can be used during massage.As some of them irritate the skin, they should be mixed with the base oil before use.Massage with a mixture of 10 drops of rosemary oil, 9 drops of juniper oil, 6 drops of lemongrass oil and 50 ml of almond oil is good for aching joints.

To stimulate the circulation, use a mixture of 50 ml of almond oil, 4 drops of orange, 2 drops of rose and 10 drops of rosewood (rose and rosewood are not botanically related, they have a similar pleasant smell). Essential oils should be stored in tightly closed dark glass containers, away from heat sources.
