Therefore, if we want to sprout something at home in winter, we need to use a light substrate, such as coconut, and constantly sprinkle the crop. However, if we want to quickly get sprouts to eat, the soil can be given to ourselves and immediately use a suitable vessel, i.e. a germinator.

Under such conditions, seeds germinate very quickly without fear of mold or rot. In a jar, you can easily: radish, lentils, sunflower seeds, broccoli, alfalfa, kohlrabi, cabbage, Mung and Adzuki beans, black radish, barley and others.

However, during the germination process, they become coated with mucus that clogs the strainer.Therefore, to get good quality sprouts, you should provide them with full access to air.These conditions can be obtained in a cup sprinkler, where the seeds are sprinkled several times a day.
