Thanks to this, I have a guarantee that they are free from chemical contamination and that most of them will sprout.

Relevant conditionsand

The best conditions for seed growth are partial shade. They should not be left in direct sunlight as this would increase the chance of mold growth. Constant access of oxygen is also important. Therefore, the growingsproutsshould be separated, e.g. under a stream of cold water.

Growth rate

Different seeds have differentgermination . However, we usually wait from 4 to 7 days forsproutsto appear.

Preparing to eat

SproutsPour them into a bowl and pour water over them. Collect the empty shells of the seeds that have surfaced with a spoon or pour them off. Carefully pour the contents of the bowl back into the container and discard any ungerminated seeds that remain at the bottom.

Readysproutsit is best to eat them on a regular basis - alone or as an addition to other dishes. The rest, after drying them thoroughly, can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.

Maintenance
