Personal Data ProtectionGardening Newsletter Subscribers
1. The administrator of personal data of the Subscribers of the Ogrodniczy Newsletter (hereinafter referred to as the Subscribers) is the PoradnikOgrodniczy.pl Publisher, running a business under the name RAFNET Rafał Okułowicz, with its registered office in Gdańsk, at ul. Nieborowska 24B / 3, entered into the business register in Gdańsk under number 134331.
2. Compliance with the rules of personal data protection of Subscribers is supervised directly by the publisher PoradnikOgrodniczy.pl, who can be contacted at the following e-mail address: [email protected]

The processing of the Subscribers' personal data is based on Art.6 (1a) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 for the purpose of sending gardening-related e-mails to people who expressed their willingness to receive such information and provided their e-mail address in the registration form .
4. E-mail messages addressed to Subscribers may contain information or advertisements sent on behalf of third parties, companies or institutions. Such messages are only sent to people who have given their marketing consent.
5. E-mail messages addressed to Subscribers may contain a code that allows to record the opening of a message by the Subscriber and clicks on links contained in the message. These data are analyzed collectively in order to prepare the content best suited to the interests of Subscribers.
6. In connection with the services that external entities provide to RAFNET Rafał Okułowicz, these entities may gain access to the personal data of Subscribers of the Horticultural Newsletter, to the extent necessary for the provision of these services.These entities are providers of services and IT systems necessary to send the Gardening Newsletter.
7. Personal data of the Subscribers of the Gardening Newsletter will be kept for the duration of the subscription. In addition, after unsubscribing, the data will be stored due to the obligations arising from legal regulations, technical aspects and handling possible claims, for their duration, and for reasons of legal security, until any claims are time-barred.
8. The subscriber has the right to access his personal data, receive a copy of it, rectify it, object to its processing, request its removal or transfer, as well as withdraw consent to receive the Gardening Newsletter and marketing consent.
9. Correction of personal data provided in the registration form or their removal may take place at the request of the Subscriber, sent to the e-mail address biuro @ advisoryogrodniczy.pl. The Subscriber may also automatically delete his / her data by clicking the unsubscribe link attached at the end of each message sent to the Subscriber.
10. The Subscriber also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (GIODO or its legal successor) at any time.
