Swidośliwa lamarcka(Amelanchier lamarckii) is one of more than twenty species of plants belonging to the genus of lampoons. This species is native to eastern Canada. By dendrologists, it is sometimes mistakenly included in the speciesCanadian beetle(Amelanchier canadensis). This plant can take the shape of a shrub or a small tree 7-10 m high and 3 m wide. Usually, however, when planted in our climate gardens, it does not exceed 5 m in height.
