Imagine a lazy summer day.You swing in a hammock and the trees cast a natural shadow, shielding you from the sun.A book in one hand, a chilled drink in the other. Could there be anything more beautiful? Yes! You will feel even better when you make the hammock yourself.
It is not difficult at all. It's harder to choose the right project from the many that you can find on the internet. Some of them will allow you to construct a simple hammock consisting of ropes tied with knots and a scrap of fabric. This is not a good idea, because with such a construction it is not difficult to fall. Our idea is just as easy, but definitely safer.
1.Fold the folds 4 centimeters wide at all edges of the linen. Pin with pins and sew on. Mark where the eyelets holding the hammock should be.Preferably 11 on each side at a distance of 11 centimeters from each other.Make small holes with scissors at the marked points.

2.Attach the eyelets to the canvas using the eyelet mounting device. It is a good idea to put a piece of wood, such as a cutting board, on the underside to protect the surface of the table you are working on.
3.Cut the line into 22 three-meter pieces. One by one, fold each of them in half and thread through the buttonhole to form a loop.Pass the ends of the rope through it and tighten (bravo, you've just tied the head of a lark, also known as a cow's knot!).
4.Once all the lines are attached to the eyelets, tie the ends together into one big knot. Repeat the same operation on the other end of the fabric. You can tweak this binding by lying down on the hammock and judging its height.
5.To make pompoms, use a pompom maker. Follow the instructions. In most devices you need to wind the yarn, and when the device is full, cut it.Then put a piece of yarn into the slit (it should be long enough for the pompoms to hang freely at the ends of the hammock) and tie tightly .
6.To hang the hammock, tie the lines to the metal hoop with a double knot (make sure it is firm so that resting in the hammock is safe).Tie the extra rope on the other side of the hoop and tie it around a tree or other solid base. And now … rock!
