Before a planned trip, I always remember to properly take care of mypotted flowers . I have several ways that I use depending on their size and the length of my absence.
- PlantsI water generously in large pots. Then I stick a bottle of water into each of them with the neck down. I twist it slightly so that the dirt forms a cork in the neck. As a result, the water will gradually feedflowers .
- When I go away for a long time, I move myplantsto the garden. I choose a semi-shaded, quiet place. I dig in to the entire height of the pot and water it well. I cover the ground with bark.
- If I am gone for a week, I putflowersin the bowls and pour enough water to reach half the height of the pots.
- When the trip is for two weeks, I putflowersin a plastic baby tub. I sprinkle it with gravel or sand and put peat on top of it. I water generously.
