Reliable fruit varieties

Table of contents

Ever since I decided to plant some fruit trees and shrubs on my plot, I knew what to expect. These were to be reliable varieties for amateur cultivation, abundantly yielding, resistant to diseases and good taste.

The best varieties of pears and plums
The 'Konferencja' pear was at the top of the list. I like the taste of it. This variety starts bearing fruit early, it yields profusely and rather annually. It is sufficiently resistant to frost and not very susceptible to diseases. The 'Herman' dessert plum has the same advantages. Besides, it bears fruit already in the second half of July, when there are few plums on the market. The first crops can be expected in the second year after planting. It does not require pollinators. Its flesh comes off easily from the stone. It is one of the most valuable varieties recommended for small plots, exceptof course 'Hungarian Ordinary'.

Perfect apples
When choosing a plum variety, I paid attention to its tolerance towards the shark and its self-fertility. I couldn't afford to plant many trees. When deciding on Hungarian, be aware that she is susceptible to diseases.I recommend the 'Raspberry Oberland apple' to everyone. This is an old, extremely disease-resistant variety. It does not require as much spraying as quite refined modern apple trees. It grows vigorously, forming a spherical crown with numerous hanging shoots. It bears fruit abundantly, is resistant to frost and not very susceptible to apple scab.

Resilient fruit bushesI thought about the bushes for a long time. In the end, I chose the 'Glen Ample' raspberry. It is distinguished by high fertility, disease and frost resistance. This variety produces tall, thornless shoots. Its red fruit can withstand even several days of rainfall. They are big and tasty. They are suitable for preserves and for freezing.
