We knew from the beginning that our entire garden should look very natural. So there are a lot of stones in it, which we bring from different places. My husband makes rockeries, paths, pots and columns on which we put beautiful plants.
My collection of flowers is large and long enough to list the species that make up it, but noteworthy are the gingerbreads, zinnia, phloxes, echinacea, delphiniums and rudbeckia. Why? Because they are colorful, fragrant plants and they attract a lot of bees and butterflies. Thanks to them, my garden is alive.
The ones that I consider the most beautiful are zinnia, so I call them the queens of my garden and plant them in various places. They come in many colors - from red to pink, orange and cream. For me, they have some kind of magical charm. They grow up to 80 cm. I sow them in mid-May for the so-called "Cold gardeners" for pots filled with compost soil. The emergence is already after a week, and when they get older, I quilt them to their destination. They always grow luxuriantly, and enchant with subtle beauty.
