Table of contents

The days are getting shorter and shorter, but the terrace will be an ideal place to relax for a long time. Our open-air salon does not need any refreshing treatments to ensure a pleasant relaxation. Its appearance is enlivened by seasonal flowers, attractive plant arrangements and nice accessories.

Although petunias, surfinas and verbena are still in bloom, their best time is over. For example, cyclamens and heathers will perfectly replace them. Both plants look good both in homogeneous compositions without additives, and in the company of low grasses or perennials with decorative leaves. Planted in pots, they can decorate the table.Just put them in nice casings. Recently, heather buds have become more and more popular. They don't open flowers, but keep well-formed buds for weeks.

Summer colors fill the terrace with an aura of freshness. Still bright tones of lilac, raspberry and white flowers effectively dampen the autumn moods. For terrace arrangements, we can use not only heather and cyclamen.Asters in containers are already in full bloom, enchanting with beautiful flowers.Among plants with decorative fruits, it is worth paying attention to the Pernettya potted pernet with shoots stuck to it blueberries with a white, pink, purple or lilac color.

Dahlias now dominate the beds around the terrace, delighting with flowers with impressive shapes and intense colors. They are accompanied by perennials and ornamental grasses. The garden is beautifully decorated with pink sedum umbels, orange bellhop lanterns, as well as fawn and reddish miscanthus and reddish ears of miscanthusDurable garden perennials can also grow in pots. The low-growing varieties of Sedum will embellish the terrace with their natural charm. In sufficiently large containers, autumn anemones and ornamental grasses will persist in beautiful form for many years.

The floral arrangements are complemented by small decorations: candles in covers surrounded by wreaths of apples or rose fruits, or a flat fruit bowl on a terrace table.
